Geosterling Systems is an enterprise AI automation and web engineering agency. We operate this website and are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We have offices in Riyadh and London.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways: information you choose to send us, and limited technical information generated when you visit the site.

• Contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Usage and performance data: aggregate information about how pages are visited and how quickly they load, collected through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
• Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes standard connection details, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. The contact form also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions.
• Local storage: your chosen theme and language (see section 4).

3. How we use it

We use the information you send through the contact form to read and reply to your enquiry, to discuss possible work with you, and to keep a record of that conversation. The contact form is delivered to us by email. The website itself does not store form submissions in a database.

We use analytics and performance data to understand how the site is used and to make it faster and easier to navigate. We may also use limited technical data to keep the site secure and to meet our legal obligations.

• To respond to enquiries you have made (performance of steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in running our business).
• To improve and secure the website (our legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
• Where the law requires your consent for any use, we will ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Analytics and local storage

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate visits and page performance. These tools are designed to provide usage and performance metrics without building advertising profiles.

Your browser's local storage holds two small preferences so the site looks the way you left it: your theme (light or dark) under the name gs-theme, and your language under the name gs-lang. These stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

The site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not perform cross-site tracking.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only as needed for those purposes.

• Hosting and analytics: Vercel, which hosts the website and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Email: our email service, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Content management: the blog may draw its content from Sanity CMS. No visitor data is sent to it.
• Authorities and advisers: where we are required to do so by law, by a court or regulator, or to protect our legal rights.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live, including outside Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps, in line with applicable data protection law, to make sure it remains protected.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected, including any need to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations. Aggregate analytics data does not identify you.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the UK GDPR, gives you rights over your personal data. In general, these include the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your data.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain uses of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
• Complain to the data protection regulator in your country if you believe your data has been mishandled.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@geosterling.systems. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We would also welcome the chance to address a concern directly before you contact a regulator.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to the website and to our mail service. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as passwords or payment details, through the contact form.

10. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Please check back occasionally.
