An AI Call Bot That Answers, Qualifies and Books Meetings

Missed calls are missed revenue, particularly for businesses that receive enquiries outside office hours or across time zones. We build voice assistants that answer promptly, understand the caller's request, ask the right qualifying questions and book a slot directly in your calendar.

The assistant speaks Arabic and English and is designed for the way callers in the Gulf and the UK actually talk, including mixed-language sentences. Anything it cannot handle passes to a person with a written summary, so the caller never repeats themselves.

What you get

Call flow design covering greeting, qualification, booking and handover

Voice assistant trained on your services, hours and policies in Arabic and English

Handover rules that route complex or sensitive calls to the right person with a summary

Call transcripts and outcome reporting for review and improvement

When you need this

  • A clinic or service centre in Riyadh wants appointments booked outside working hours and on busy mornings.
  • A property or automotive dealer needs every enquiry answered and qualified before a salesperson calls back.
  • A London firm serving Gulf clients wants calls handled in Arabic during UK evenings.
  • A professional services firm wants consultation requests screened so only suitable ones reach a partner's diary.

How we work

Map your calls

We review why people call, how your team answers today and which calls should always reach a person.

Design the conversation

Scripts, questions and boundaries are written in both languages and approved by you before any build begins.

Build and test

We connect telephony, calendar and CRM, then test with realistic calls, accents and interruptions.

Go live and review

We launch with monitoring, read transcripts with you and refine the flow.

Frequently asked questions

Can the bot really understand Arabic dialects?

It handles Modern Standard Arabic and commonly used Gulf speech well, and we test it on recordings from your own callers. Where confidence is low it asks the caller to clarify or hands over to a person instead of guessing.

How are call recordings and personal data handled?

We agree what is recorded, who can access it and how long it is kept, and we inform callers where the law requires. Processing is designed around PDPL and GDPR, with hosting region discussed at the start of the project.

How does this differ from a standard IVR menu or answering service?

An IVR asks callers to press numbers, and an answering service takes messages. This assistant holds a natural conversation, checks availability and completes the booking itself, which shortens the time from enquiry to confirmed appointment.
