How accurate is automated data extraction from scanned documents?
Accuracy depends on scan quality, layout variety and language. We measure it on your own documents before launch, attach confidence scores to each field and send low-confidence items to review, so errors are caught rather than hidden.
Are our contracts and financial documents kept private?
Yes. Processing can run inside your own cloud or a dedicated environment, with access limited by role and every action logged. We design for PDPL and GDPR and agree retention and deletion terms before any documents are loaded.
How is this different from basic OCR software?
OCR turns an image into text and stops there. Our systems understand which text is the invoice number or the termination clause, check it against your records, handle Arabic layouts and deliver structured data to the next system.
